We live in a nation where health gaps are large, persistent, and growing, largely due to barriers set up at all levels. A healthy lifestyle requires access to good jobs, schools, and housing that’s affordable and safe. Achieving health equity means ensuring that everyone has the chance to live the healthiest life possible, regardless of their background, location, or income.
This conference is panelist driven to share ways to connect, engage, and build understanding from those doing amazing things the Des Moines Area to enhance well-being and improve health equity.
We have five panels that will occur on Nov 15:
Registration opens March 1. First-come, first serve. $50 registration fee includes lunch and light refreshments.
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please let us know as soon as possible. We can only offer full refunds if you cancel five days prior to the day of the conference. We cannot refund day-of cancellations.
