My City My Health is a community-rooted nonprofit built on one simple belief: you cannot improve community health without listening to the community.
We partner with people, organizations, and local leaders to raise awareness, share health education, gather stories, and create community-centered insight that can help inform better care. We do that through newsletters, podcasts, conferences, content, and direct connection with the people closest to the work.
We are not just sharing information. We are learning from the community in real time and helping turn that knowledge into action.
